The air is crisp, the smell of Christmas tree is filling our home and you better believe that I'm playing my favorite Christmas music round the clock these days! It's full on festive here at the Hanson household, and I LOVE it!!! How can you possibly be in a bad mood with twinkling lights and happy holiday music playing? I know some people think I go over board on decorating for the holiday's but it makes me and my family happy so I say, "Let the haters hate!" ;)

I love sitting on my cozy oversized chair with the candles lit, fire burning and sipping my coffee while listening to Nat King Cole. Welcome and thank you for stopping by, if you just came from The Pickled Rose I hope you are enjoying our Holiday Home Tour so far. It is indeed my FAVORITE time of the year! I love to deck the halls, almost every room in our home gets some sort of Christmas decorations. My husband thought I was a little crazy at first but now he's totally on board with over the top decorations.
I have such fond childhood memories of my mom doing the exact same thing. It always got us so excited for Christmas. I loved helping her decorate the house, make Christmas cookies and wrap gifts with all the prettiest wrapping paper. She even taught me how to tie bows! :) My mom is the BEST, she just makes the holidays magical and I hope my children feel the same about me someday!
