Holiday Home Styling: Blog Hop (Part 3)

Welcome to Part 3 of my Holiday Home Tour!  I hope you enjoyed your time over at my friend The Home Making Momma's tour, isn't her living room just perfection?!  This is such a great Blog Hop filled with so much holiday inspiration so get cozy and enjoy.  :)

I'll be sharing with you today the heart of my home...THE KITCHEN!  And guess what y'all, there's some RED in there!  Yup, don't adjust your screen, this neutral gal had to sneak some cheery red in this space.  That bright white just begs for it this time of year.

I found this adorable gingerbread cookie garland at Very Violet Boutique and it was my inspiration for the space.  It's fun, festive and reminds me of one of my favorite Christmas traditions...baking cookies with my mom.  This was the first year my kiddos actually participated in making cookies rather than just sampling them. :)  These are the sweet memories I hope they look back on later in life.

I found these cute mini trees at Michaels, I love their snowy branches and little pinecones.  And how adorable are these little wooden nesting houses from Target?  I like using wood tones throughout the kitchen to warm it up and it adds great texture.

I found this great faux greenery this year at Michaels, it's a mix of several different types and looks so real.  I sprinkled some real pinecones from our neighbors yard in with it and I love how it turned out! :)

I hope you've enjoyed my kitchen tour, go get yourself a refill of your beverage of choice and keep scrolling my friend!  You are headed to the talented Brendt's home at She Gave It A Go to see her gorgeous living room.
